To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@velvyna.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or intimate wear (such as lingerie) are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
